About the Job
Join our bakery team and help create fresh, traditional Middle Eastern breads & pies.

Responsibilities:
  • Mix and prepare dough for traditional Middle Eastern breads and savory pies. 
  • Shape, proof, and bake a variety of breads and baked goods. 
  • Bake cookies and other specialty items. 
  • Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality. 
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization throughout the bakery. 
  • Assist with ingredient preparation and daily bakery operations. 

Qualifications:
  • Bakery or food production experience preferred. 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and product quality. 
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
